Sales Tax: In accordance with applicable state law, sales tax is automatically applied to your edukidz.com order if the shipping address is in the state of Ohio. Orders shipping to an Michigan address have 6.5% sales tax applied. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, excluding shipping charges and is based on Michigan and local sales tax rates.

All items come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so purchase with confidence. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), providing the product has not been assembled and/or played with and it is in its original box. Product must be in resalable condition unless damaged in transport or defective. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will receive full credit (You better hurry though, we ship'em out real fast!!). If you received your item as a gift, contact us at custserv@edukidz.com to receive in store credit. Again, the product MUST be resalable and made within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at custserv@edukidz.com. If the merchandise was damaged in transit, we will file a claim and replace your merchandise. Please retain all packing materials and paperwork to help us with the claim. If the merchandise is otherwise defective, please return it for a full refund within 30 days. Please include a note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. If it is a manufacturer's problem, edukidz.com will assume the return shipping charges.

Note: You may return a physical product for a full refund if it is in resalable condition. Software, CDs, Cassettes, DVDs and Videos may ONLY be returned for refund if the cellophane sealed package containing the product is unopened and the product is in resalable condition. Should you need to make a return and are close to the return deadline, we recommend emailing us at custserv@edukidz.com to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. You must return the item to edukidz.com within 10 days of issuance of your RMA number. Please be sure that you prepay shipping charges as well as insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
