CONTINENTAL USA: Shipping costs for all orders are calculated specifically for each customer based on the desired shipping service, destination and weight of your order. The weight of each item can be found on that items detail page. There are several shipping options available to you. UPS Ground has been our main method of shipment. If you desire a shipping option that is not listed, please contact us at custserv@edukidz.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

Priority Mail from the post office usually takes from 2 to 7 days depending on your location.

We normally provide a 'Tracking Number' to track your shipment via email. If a 'Tracking Number' and you would like one, please contact us at custserv@edukidz.com and it will be emailed to you.

1. Place over $99 of products in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Select "Free Shipping" as your shipping speed.
4. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!*

*Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping. Returns for any reason other than product defects will result in you being charged the edukidz.com cost to originally ship the product(s).

Please note: Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional certificate. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional certificate is applied.

APO/FPO/PO SHIPMENTS: You may select USPS Shipping for products shipped to an APO, FPO or PO address. Certain carriers such as UPS & Fed Ex do not ship to an APO, FPO or PO address. On direct ship items, the manufacturer decides which carrier to use. If you would like us to contact the manufacturer with a desired shipping option, contact us at custserv@edukidz.com.

ALASKA & HAWAII: Additional charges may apply to these locations. If this is the case, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

DIRECT SHIP ITEMS: Direct ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. If there is a possibility that a product will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, it will be stated in the product’s description. Direct ship items are usually sent UPS Ground or USPS Priority. In most cases, edukidz.com uses direct shipping as a way to better serve our customer (reduced shipping times). If you have concerns about whether a product will be direct ship, you can contact us at custserv@edukidz.com.

WEEKENDS: Please note that UPS and Fed Ex DO NOT deliver on Saturdays and Sundays unless specified by the customer. If you would like a weekend delivery, please contact us at custserv@edukidz.com and we will make arrangements and inform you of any additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL: We are now shipping to Canada. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer and free shipping does not apply.

SURCHARGES: Occasionally, an order falls into the category of being "oversized" or "overweight". This usually happens only if an order takes up multiple shipping boxes or if there are multiple heavy items. If an individual product requires multiple shipping boxes it will be stated in the description of the product. If additional fees apply, we will contact you before your order is processed.

INSURANCE: All Fed Ex, UPS and US Post Office deliveries are fully insured.
